Lorraine Dawn Grayson (affectionately know as "Chi Chi") was born on May 26, 1976 and peacefully departed this life Friday, February 20, 2020 surrounded by her Mother at St. Joseph's Medical Center in Paterson, New Jersey. Lorraine "Chi Chi" was the daughter of Linda Gail Grayson and Willie Lee Porter; sister to the loving Tamaqua Grayson who acknowledged her as (Tiffany), and brother to Willie Glen Grayson of Paterson, New Jersey. Lorraine was educated in the Paterson Public School System, and later in life worked in the Healthcare Industry and the Security Field. She had a great love for big cars, motorcycles, baking, hot sauce, and big hoop earrings (you could not tell her she wasn't Mary J. Blige's God Sister). Many wondered where she got the nickname "Chi Chi"! It came from her love for cereal; and yes she was definitely a cereal and milk girl. Lorraine ("Chi Chi") was a very energetic and loving person. She was the mother of Dominique Harrison, Grandmother a.k.a "Glam Ma" of three handsome grandsons whom she had a special bond with; Brison Cleave, Prince Cleave, and Kareem Harrison. She was preceded in death by grandparents Lloyd and Earline Grayson, Aunt Irene Grayson, Uncle Timothy Lee Grayson all of South Carolina and Cousin Charles Rodney Grayson of Paterson, New Jersey. Lorraine leaves to cherish her memories, daughter Dominique Harrison, grandchildren, Brison Cleave, Prince Cleave, Kareem Harrison, parents Linda Gail Grayson and Willie Lee Porter, loving sister Tamaqua Grayson, and brother Willie Glen Grayson along with a host of many family members and friends.
